Boots the Chemist
Chemist provides a full pharmacy service as well as offering toiletries, sun-tan lotion, health & beauty products and snacks.

Duty Free Shopping
Located in the departure lounge the Newcastle Airport duty free shop offers a range of tax free products including wines, spirits, electrical goods, watches, jewellery, CDs, confectionery, cigarettes, cigars and leisure items.

Bureau de Change

Callers Pegasus offers a a full bureau de change service, open 05:30 - 21:00 daily. It is located opposite WH Smith between the international and domestic arrivals areas.
Foreign currency exchange services are also available at National Westminister Bank as detailed above.

Left Luggage

The left luggage desk is situated adjacent to the escalator on the ground floor of the terminal. Open 24 hours a day, luggage is charged at Ł2.00 per case per 24 hours. You can call the left luggage team on 0191 286 0966 ext 3382.

Lost Property

Lost property should be handed in to the Left Luggage desk adjacent to the escalator on the ground floor of the terminal. Lost property enquiries should be directed to Airport Security on 0191 286 0966 ext 3207.

If you leave property on board an aircraft, you must contact the relevant airline.
